Any thoughts on the following:

I’ve got 16 13watt LED surface fixtures in a finished basement ceiling space.

The lights have been operational for 2 months with no sign of flickering. As of the following flickering is noticeable.

These are the two changes that were made in the last couple days to any electrical in that area. They were both implemented on the same day.

- I added some 24V LED tape lighting and puck lighting to some bar space shelving.
Dimmable LED drivers 120V /24V. These are on the same lighting circuit.

-Sound guy installed all the surround sound and TV ‘s . 5- TV’s. 11 speakers total.

I haven’t seen the job yet, the GC is going to try turning things off and seeing if there’s a difference.

Can anyone possibly attribute the problem ti the 2 additions I’ve noted.

Thanks

I'm not sure but if you added any dimmers with the dimmable LED drivers but I know dimmers can cause flickering. Maybe add a dummy load resistor:

The drivers are not operating the fixtures that are flickering. The flickering fixtures are just 120V AC with a single pole switch.

The dimmable drivers are powered by the same circuit but not part of the “switch leg” that takes current to the lights in question.

I believe we are finding out that the flickering fixtures are indeed influenced by those dimmers. Try putting in an incandescent lamp temporarily on the dimmed fixtures. Try it again on the undimmed. I know, what a PIA, but it's a place to start.

Unable to do any testing with the dimmable .
It’s LED strip and LED puck lighting. No way to insert any incandescent into the mix.

Will try swapping out dimmers with SP switches.

Would ELV dimmers possibly be a solution. Specs for dimmable drivers say to used a standard incandescent dimmer.

I actually used Lutron Diva dimmers, but not ELV.

If putting in a mechanical switch stops the flickering, just for diagnostic purposes you could temporarily wire in an incandescent bulb load on the dimmer output using a lampholder like one at the link below, or whatever is convenient. Then see if that makes any difference. If it helps then perhaps a minimum load component such as the one mentioned in post #2 or the Lutron LUT-MLC could be used instead.
It's conceivable that the DIVA dimmer output could be jittering due to an insufficent load, but the drivers with a 24V output can ride through that without the 24V lights flickering because of the energy storage from internal capacitors.
