flickering LED's

I have 2 - LED bulbs on a switch that flicker / strobe at the highest dimmable setting, these are the only 2 bulbs on the switch, they are 75W replacement flood style. The bulbs are dimmable and I have an LED dimmer switch installed. It dims down fine but when you slide the dimmer to %100 thats when they flicker / strobe. What is causing this?

What's wrong? I'll let someone with more electrical knowledge answer that. Some LED dimmers and some LED bulbs just don't play nice together and that's about as technical as I can get on that.

But for future reference, Lutron has a pretty nifty LED Bulb + LED dimmer compatibility tool if you want to reference it before purchasing/installing.
