Flickering lights fixtures

I have a some cubicles connected to a circuit feeding regular wall 120 volts oulers also we have ups connected cubicle outles and printer machines the cubicles light start flickering and then stop all day long does anyone have run through this problems?

What have you done so far to find the problem?

Laser printers? The printers have a heater built in that cuts on for short periods of time. Unplug them and see if the problem goes away.
