Flickering lights

In a existing restaurant contractro had done some work, including some lighitng, the owner of the restaurant is complaining that some of the lighting if flickering duing dinner time.

Can anybody give me some idea of possible items that need to be check by the electrical contracotr.

I'd look for loose connections.

Is this just some of the lights, or all of them?

Are the lights controlled by a dimming panel?
