Can anyone tell me how to calculate the total service load for a moorage with 42 floating homes. I am trying to find the general method. I am considering feeding this moorage with 480/277 3 phase and using transformers to drop the voltage to 120/208. I don't think calculating the load for each home and multiplying by 42 gives me the desired result. There must be some sort of demand factor that applies. Any ideas ? Thank you.
