Floating restaurant

There is a bar that is a floating building. It is going to be fed with a submersible rated flexible cord. The contractor asked if he could hook it up with a twist lock receptacle. I cannot find anything prohibiting this.

Facts:
100a sub panel on the floating bar
100a service on shore
Twist lock plug would have a disconnect right next to it.

They want to move it out of the water during the winter.

Check with the manufacturer.
Here it would need to be IP67 rated.
