We do it all of the time. The thing is embedded in concrete so I cannot see how someone would object to an extension collar. That's not to say you won't find someone.

How deep is the Slab?, I can't beleive that it'd be deeper than 6" well maybe, just get longer bolts. Bolt right through the floor slab, I've used "J" Bolts. Rod's, any thing you can think of to hold it in place and let someone shoot an elevation if at all possible!
I'd introduce yourself to the cheif rod buster and work with him or under his direction, MO...
Jet line all runs, Duct tape it well, stuff rags in the box, it will
sweat the water out of runs, if theres a seal that breaks it will stop
cross flow...
Get back to box ASAP, check line and use Coca-cola on any lost run,
a liter overnight workes wonders.!
Oh, wait you only wanted to get move volume, or set it deeper, call the manufacturer and buy their extension.
