Floor Boxes with gypcrete

We are doing a job the will have above grade floor boxes. There is 3/4" plywood with a 3/4" layer of gypcrete on top. Is there a good style of floor box to use in this situation. We will have access to it from the floor below to rough in but they are hard lids so we will have to pipe it to an exposed ceiling. Any recommendations would help. Thanks
