Floor drain in electrical room?

**Currently under design** Are floor drains allowed in electrical rooms? Does this requirement change by category (Industrial, Commercial, Tech, Hosp, Education, or single/multi-family Residential)? Have a code reference I can look at?

If they are, would they be counted as a grounded surface per 110.26 working space requirements and need to be kept out of the space?

Single main client restriction: NO housekeeping pads.

i would treat it no differently than the concrete floor it’s installed in.

I agree Table 110.26(A)(1) clearly indicates that a concrete surface is treated the same as a grounded part.

Table 110.26(A)(1)
Condition 2 — Exposed live parts on one side of the working space and
grounded parts on the other side of the working space. Concrete,
brick, or tile walls shall be considered as grounded.
