Floor Mount Raceway

Have you used, or seen installed, the AV Trac Floor Mount system from Extron Electronics. I have a contractor that would like to use it on a renovation project in the DC area and the owner is looking to me for my recommendation. Unfortunately, I have no experience with this project and am not fully convinced it is the best solution.

I'm looking for some opinions on how well it holds up over time, what kind of maintenance is involved if any, how easy is it really to change the layout in the future, etc.. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

But I have installed lots of floor wiremold and it holds up pretty well even in a fitness center environment. This stuff looks nicer and somewhat more resilient than wiremold.
I would not call anything "easy" about moving the stuff, doable sure. It however seems to be used in a straight line is the only option, no turns? not even 90 degrees?

I have seen this used quite a few times. I am not familiar with the specific product you are planning to use. Check to make sure that the bending raduius of any cable used is not exceeded by the radius of the track.
