We have a project to power (3) soccer field - pole lights. The lights are controlled by anoutdoor relay cabinet (50"H x 20"W x 8"D). The relay cabinet mounting option is surface mounted only. The client wants this relay cabinet to be pad mounted. Is there an outdoor pad mounted cabinet we can use to mount this relay panel inside? Any recommended vendors, products to make this work will be appreciated. Thank you.

All of the enclosure manufacturers have legs for their panels that let you install them like that. They might even be an option for the relay panel enclosure. If not find a box with legs that the relay panel back plate will fit in and install the back plate in the new box.
There are also floor mounted cabinet enclosures, but they are typically 16"+ deep.

If the inside cabinet is a common mfg, like Hoffman or Saginaw, the back panel may be able to fit in a outdoor cabinet. The outdoor cabinet can have the bottom cut out by mfg to maintain listing. On open bottom is easier to install over having multiple stub ups Into kos in the cabinet bottom
The client wanted an outdoor, floor mounted, locked cabinet. Do you have manufacturer name?

I’ve used E-Box cabinets for similar installs, but not floor mounted. The E-Box cabinets I’ve bought are powder-coated steel on welded legs.
Every outdoor floor-mounted cabinet I’ve seen are stainless steel, and cost a bit more.

I would expect that all of the manufacturer's have one like this.
If it is up to me, I would much prefer to see an enclosure with a floor stand kit rather than a cabinet for an outside installation.
