Florida DOT (FDOT) Lighting Control Panel

Any Florida guys have any experience building lighting control panels for roadway lighting? I'm trying to get my hands on some pics, or schematics as to what is typically done with this. Specs are not very good in definining what they require. Just wondering if anyone has done these before prior to submitting for additional info.
