Florida License Letter of Reference Template for Reciprocal License

I am filing for my Florida license with my NC as reciprocal. I've got all the paperwork (there is a lot) completed, however I need to get 3 Letters of Reference.

Anyone have a template of these letters or know what is important to be in them?

If there is any specific content required in such a letter you would think that either the rules or laws of Florida would specify that content.

you would think.

the process is right up there with NYC. since they don't offer true reciprocity, and your application has to go before the board, that meets once a month, i have no desire to get it kicked back because of some obscure information that they look for but I don't know about...

One from the supply house stating how long you've been a customer on their letter head would look good.
