Does anyone know of an agreement between the qualifier and the contractor that is available?

Are you looking for contractual information required for the agreement?

Are you soliciting the forum members for a job?

I am looking for an agreement between myself and the company I am qualifying that deliniates such things as responsibilities of company and qualifier, compensation, what if's.....etc. This would be a legal document binding the contractor and qualifier. I am not in need of a job.......could use more work though !!!!!!!

You are asking for an agreement that someone else has used ? Why not have an attorney create one for your own needs -- you are taking on a extream responsibility that should not be taken lightly.
