Hi, rookie here; with a question on fluorescent T12, F 40s. I pulled 3 old style functioning bulbs that seemed, dull and yellow from 3 different single fixtures. Rating was 3000K.
I installed LED T12 replacements, 3000K; box states direct replacement for the old.
I had 2 burn out quickly, 1 is alive but doing a rapid flutter (like epileptic inducung). What went wrong? Could I really have 3 bad ballasts?
Thanks!

There is more than one type of T12 ballast, so the new LEDs you have may not be compatible with the ballasts. It could also be that you have "junk" LED replacements...there is a lot of junk out there in that market.
