Fluid flow inside UL 508A Listed Panels

Is there any sections or paragraph numbers that someone can direct me to some information regarding fluid flow in and out of a UL 508A panel. I thought I saw something on this at one point, but know am unable to locate it in the book.

I am not so sure about UL but IEC electrical regulations prohibit it. You may have seen it there.
