fluorecent illuminated sign

Need some help on this one. I got an internally illuminated sign above a water pond at a gas station. The sign is about 4 feet above the water line. I'm not able to find anything in the N.E.C. that will prohibit the sign being installed as proposed. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If this "pond" is fountain as defined in Article 680, then check out 680.57.
