Fluorescent Acorn Lights

Have a customer wanting 52W fluorescent acorn (approximately 24") pole top fixtures (on 15' poles). #1, I cannot find them, #2, at this elevation it seems like they will simply glow. Has anyone had any application for this fixture and maybe some insight or direction I can give the customer to convince them otherwise. I know how this is going to go, we install them, they are not happy and somehow it becomes my problem... We need the work, but not the aggrevation! Simple solution: Have the customer find them, you'll install them, warranty is his headache.
