fmc/concentrics/bonding bushing?

when using fmc out of a panel with concentrics is it necessary to add a bonding bushing at the panel when an equipment gounding conductor has been run in the conduit?

this was on a transformer primary flex. 480 v

If the other side doesn't have concentrics, then you don't need a bond bushing.

I'd say it would depend on whether the concentrics are listed for grounding.

I just had a thought - the way these two sections are worded, wouldn't it have bearing on both ends of the conduit? As in, both ends would have to comply with the bonding requirements, not just enough to bond the raceway on one side. Thoughts?
