fold current for transformer

I need the fold current. The transformer is a 100/50 240 v 3 phase 4.8kv x 13.5 kv. the impedance for the transformer is %1.6-2.5%

Not clear on your notation but I assume you mean fault current.

Amps_fault = kVA_3_ph / sqrt(3) / kV_line-line / impedance_pu

example: 100 kVA, 240 volt, 1.5% impedance

100 / sqrt(3) / 0.240 / 0.015 = 16,038 amps (with zero source impedance)
