Food concession trailer

I installed a Outdoor receptacle for a customer who is purchasing a food concession trailer.

It’s 50 A 120/240V .

The trailer arrived and it came with a 25’ 8/4 SO power cord with a 14-50 male cord cap.

The panel in the trailer has a 50A breaker.

All of the frying equipment is LP gas. Refrigeration load , warming table and roof top AC equals just under 5500 watts.General purpose 120V receptacles are really unknown loads at this point.

The cord is rated for 35A

Anybody see a reason to increase the temp cord size or leave as is.

Your installation ends at the receptacle. I would not touch anything beyond that. How did you know what size branch circuit to install? For example a 50 amp plug can be used for a 40 amp branch circuit.
