Food Trailer Park.

Hi, I am making a Food trailer park with up to 10 food trailers. I got the service a 320/400 meter base and am trying to figure out what would be the best and cheaper way to do this, and be sure to pass inspection I am out in the county so i do not need city permits or inspection. I know quite a bit about electrical and panels and wiring i just wanted to see if someone here can help me design it or what do i need to get it going. I currently have 500 feet of 1/0 awg wire.
