foot lugs for wet locations ul 486 and ul 467

I need to bond a concrete encased fuel tank. the manufacturer left a couple of 1/2'" threaded studs through the encasement to use. my inspector told me whatever I use better be approved for the purpose. I finally found a new burndy foot lug approved for grounding. but wet locations? the tech. support said it is approved for direct burial based on ul 468 and 467 . Is direct burial part of this ul listing?

OK, If the lug is listed for direct burial shouldn't it work for wet locations ? Or are we going to have two classes of direct burial ? Direct burial for dry locations ie: Arizona & New Mexico, Direct burial for wet locations ie: Seattle WA

Yes DB is OK for wet locations and DB lugs are what we use in wet locations.
