Football field Receptacles in a Quasi box

A client would like to have a receptacle installed on the sidelines of a football field (basically at the team bench).

Is there any code against installing a receptacle below grade in a quasi box?

Of course, it would be GFCI.

I'm pretty sure that nothing prohibits it, but I could sure bet that it wouldn't last very long.
