Both, but 19 not as much.
The 7 is good for in the ground where bends aren’t a problem. But after about 15-20 shots the cadweld
molds may start leaking around the 7 strand. They make a sealer for that BTW..
The 19 is good for where it comes out of the ground and may have some flexibility issues. A hot
mold may burn some strands off though.
For instance, use 19 for the connection to a grounding mat, or coming up and into a control house.
We may get 2000’ of 7 strand and 100’ of 19 strand for a job, and have more 19 left over for another job.
