Foreign voltage

I am a shop manager at a UL508A panel shop, and I have a question regarding foreign voltage. We have a 120VAC feed coming into the enclosure, which would be black wire, it in turn feeds a series of devices including a UPS. The UPS then feeds other devices. Would the voltage coming from the UPS be classified as a foreign voltage (thus being yellow wire, or to signify another 120V power source red wire?) since there is still power coming from it with the main disconnect in the off position? I was under the impression that foreign voltage would be fed from outside of the enclosure from another device.
