Forklift Conductor and OCPD sizing

Hi, i would like to ask if my calculations is right for this forklift charger SG3-69-60JBY-2.
I = (4.7 kVA x 1000)/(200V x 1.733) = 13.56A

Service voltage here is 230V, 3 phase.
Is AWG #12 THHN and 30AT compliant?
I am also including an isolator and what rate should i use?

The small conductor rule applies, and for this application, the maximum OCPD for 12 AWG copper is 20 amps.
