Forum member #10,000 party

Is there going to be a shindig when this forum hits 10,000 members? The number of members has jumped by 1000 in the few weeks I've been posting here! When did this forum start? I know who member #1, etc. is. How did the forum start? How did Mike pick the moderators? Has anybody of importance gotten sick of it and jumped ship yet?

I really appreciate this forum and I am very grateful for its creation and I am very grateful and most appreciative of all constructive answers.

Mike Holt was discussing the forum last week at the IAEI meeting. He website adminstrator put it up orginaly, Mike didn't even know about it, until he got some compliments.

Keep in mind that early this year the forum was replaced with a new version, all present members had to re-register, so thats 10,000 members since January or so.

I saw overall stats for this web site. It's interesting how the traffic has grown year-by-year.

I propose member no. 10,000 gets to ask "does the ground go up or down?" Everyone must answer and be nice
