How does one access the forum rules?

I tried the link in iwire's "forum rules" thread, but it doesn't work.:-?

In the upper left corner, click on "Mike Holt's Forum"
Click on any of the Forums in the list.
The top first or second link will be to the rules.

I thought there were more the last time I saw them.
