The IT dept. at work is installing large FP monitors around the facility in hallways and foyer. They drill big holes in the walls, then snake both video and power cords through them. The power cords plug in somewhere in a closet, utilizing extension cords as needed. I registered a complaint to the safety manager, who promised me they would get the contract electrician to install proper outlets. Now this morning I come in to find they decided to have the facility manager (glorified handyman and mail sorter) to put bushings around the sheet rock holes. The cords still run through the walls. Well, I did what I could.
