Just running some of these numbers along aside my E-Tap software. It seems really close. You just need to figure the following out for each panel.

Arcing Current:
Arching Distance:
Arching Voltage:
Working Distance:
Clearing Time:

So it would put more pressure on the engineer doing this calculation to make sure he has the right TTC curves.

I think the hardest thing would be to find would be the arcing current at that panel, it could change depending on what cables breakers and fuses you had.
