Re: Free Bit

I just submitted my info, and got to the "Thank You" screen. It said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Too bad your wife didn't see it sooner. I just bought an auger bit on Wednesday for a job I did yesterday. Oh, well -- I can always use an extra auger bit.

Re: Free Bit

When you click on submit it takes you to the Bosch web site, but no bit  , I think this is a failed bit

Re: Free Bit

Is it for real? I went boschtools.com and tried to search for that offer but did not find it. Also all of the copyrights on that site are 2006 and the free offer is 2005.

Re: Free Bit

Seems fine to me. Beisdes, I didn't give them any more information than they could find in the phone book.

One thing I like. On the thank you screen after the form there was a blurb. In there it said:
"....and they'll last longer, even if you hit a few nails."
At least they are honest and don't call them naileaters.

Have patience, my son.

Re: Free Bit

Tried out the free bit offer yesterday, nothing came back about confirming the order . Guess I'll try again.

I don't know if it is related to this offer from Bosch but yesterday I got 2 envelopes from Bosch and inside each of them was a reciprocating (sp?) saw blade.
Anyone else get this ???
