Freeze/cold container park

I need to dimension the transformer (3-phase) for a container (freeze/cold) park with about 75 spaces. The load on each might be around 25KVA while freezing and 12KVA while just cooling.
I can't find on the NEC what kind of demand factor I may use to dimension the load on this application. While "overdimensioning" may be a bit costly at this moment.

Any help?

Call up transfomer mfg on Google. They should be able to give you the info.

The owner of the park may be able to give you some input on the demand for this system. Worst case is 25 X 75 which makes an 1875 KVA transformer. You can probably assume some demand so a 1500 KVA will probably do the job.
Will this be an oil filled outdoor or does it have to be inside? Padmount? Unit substation? The size of a 1500 will vary on quite a bit based on the location of the unit.

freeze/cold container park

the transformer would be oil filled external, either padmounted three phase or, three single phase in a bank.
Is using this approximate 80% demand factor ok with the code?
