Freight Elevator with powered door/gate disconnecting means

Does NEC require a single disconnect ahead of elevator machine disconnect and powered door/gate controller disconnect? Or, is powered door/gate considered an accessory requiring separate power source, similar to cab lighting and a/c power?

the door operators/controls are not utilization equip
looks like they need fed from the main elev control disconnect

I don't have A17.1 at home
will check it tomorrow

having said that I have always seen the hoistway doors powered from the elev controls, not seperately

your state should have an elev inspection group
perhaps contact them

Nothing in addition in A17.1 relating to the power source for power doors, either car or hoistway
