I 'm working on a project in Japan, the service will be provided to the building is 208Y/120V, 50HZ. The client wish to have all the convenient outlet to be running at 60HZ. The total load for these outlets roughly around 60KVA. This all new to me, I have done some researched on frequency converter and I'm not sure what is the best approach to this requirement. I have suggest to use individual frequency converter as needed but it seems like they want a centralized converter. Does converter comes with KVA rating? What is the best and more economical way to design this system?Any thoughts on this will be very appreciated
