Two questions from NFPA news:

What is an "Errata"?

Why are they thinking of requiring a receptacle in each car space in garages?
Or is this already going to be required in the 2014?

Seems if the receptacle is for a charging station, it wouldn't help if the charger required 240V.

Also, the branch circuit for the receptacles can't go outside garage.
What is up with that?

Errata are a list of mistakes in a present (or previous) edition of a text that weren't noticed until after printing. They are listed one by one with the corrected versions for each.
