FRP wall and load center

Can a electrical panel or load center be installed recess in a FRP (Fiberglass Reinforce Panel) wall ??

The NEC would require the panel to be rated for the location. Is FRP being used as it’s a wet location?

The panel and wall are in an apartment, so it is not a wet location. Look like the FRP wall type is been use more often in this type of applications.
