Some where in the NEC it stated that you can use (minimun) 3/4" rigid conduit stub up above grade and install a FS type cast device box. A FS cast device box could be installed and used as a junction box for a flexible connection for a motor. I would like to know what article covers this and the required height (without additional)+ supports?

Read 314.23 parts (E) and (F) one is for boxes without devices, lampholders, the other is for boxes containing devices, lampholders, etc. There are similarities in that for the most part both do not have a minimum raceway size for RMC, and both need to have the box supported by more than one raceway. The distance to the support depends on the use and whether or not the raceways are entering from same side of the enclosure or not.
