Question to those with experience in designing fuel stations..
Code mentions I need an emergency fuel shut off switch at least 20' from any dispenser but no more than 100'. For a basic layout of the project(see attached for snip).. Located on the fuel station building 20' from the first dispenser i can locate my emergency switch. The only issue is at that location I'm past my 100' max distance by 7'. What are some acceptable alternatives? Can i have two switches located on my dispenser canopy and essentially the east switch will control relays for the west side >20' and the west switch will control the remaining east dispensers?
Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Joe
