For a diesel generator fuel tank located on the lowest level of a building, does the leak detection system for the tank need to send a signal to the FACP?

Chicago required concrete curbs, fire rated enclosures for the room and the fuel line, a double walled fuel line, a leak detector system (including the double walled fuel line), and xp heat detectors in the tank room.
