I've never had a good understanding of what exactly needs to have a 2 hour rating in a high rise.

I presume the fire pump feeder, if it can't be buried, would need a 2 hr rated assembly such as MI cable.

Would elevators require MI cable or 2 hr rated shaft if the building is fully sprinkled?

Would Emergency system feeders need to be routed in 2 hour rated shafts?

Elevators, probably not, unless they are used for occupant evacuation or are specifically for fire service.

Fire pump always; read through article 695.

Emergency system feeders; possibly. It depends on what they feed.

As always, YMMV depending on your jurisdiction.

Don't forget, if this is a true high-rise with a voice evacuation system, then it likely employs a floor-above-floor-below-floor-of-incidence notification scheme with additional 2-hour survivability requirements.
