Viewing rooms in funeral home. Less than 100 occupancy in each viewing room. In your opinion, are tamper resistant receptacles required? I say no.

What if the funeral home is also occupied by the owner as their residence? As many funeral homes are, does that not make it a dwelling?

I don't think any of them live in/or use the viewing rooms as part of their residence. Would be pretty weird if they did!
I can just hear it... "Timmy, move your bed out of the viewing room, we have a customer!"
Same thing with an apartment above a restaurant or store, the dwelling is different then the retail portion.

The "resident" wont be able to plug anything in...so tamper resistant wont be needed...If the resident gets out of his bed/coffin id be more worried about that than tamper resistant.............
