Furnace tripping after standby generator install

Location
Iowa
Occupation
Electrical Contractor
I installed a 26KW standby Generac generator for a customer and after I installed the generator occasionally when the generator did its weekly checks which do not shut power off the furnace breaker wood trip. It was always able to be reset in the furnace would run fine But it consistently before a while would trip during these checks. I changed the 15 amp breaker to a 20 amp breaker and it seemed to fix the problem, but I just got a call from the customer after six months saying that it tripped again. Have any of you come across an issue like this??

Is the controller shutting down or is the breaker actually tripping?

Generator that is overloading for the dwelling loads could be getting a dropped frequency or even "brown out" condition and the furnace load just enough to trip an AFCI/GFCI, or controller might be shutting down on low voltage.
