Fuse Panel next to a stove.

I have an upgrade of an old fuse panel. It's right next to the kitchen stove. It seems to be code compliant as far as clearances. But what if some one is cooking like pintos w/hamhocks or something that takes a long time on the back burner. I would think their would be a heating factor. What say you ?

It is legal and I have my doubts that the ambient temp will rise to a point that it would be a problem.
