I have googled this question and really didn't get a clear answer.

What is (if any) the difference bettween FLN-R fuses and FRN-R?
Which type should I be using for a service disconnect?
Thanks!

The "R' stands for rejection type

I believe they are the same just different manufacturers FRN-R is cooper/bussmann and FLNR is Littlefuse but you will need to check the performance curves

Yes, those are just brand name differences in nomenclature for the same fuse. Both are what's called a "Class RK-5" time delay fuse, meaning they are rated for 200kAIC @ 240VAC, perfect for use in Service Disconnects.

Thanks for the replys!
We have both in stock and I was curious if there was any difference bettween them
other than the manufacturer.
Evidently that is the only difference.
