Fuse servicing

Nec 2014 690.16 has the requirement of providing disconnecting means that isolates fuse for servicing. However, i looked but did not notice 690.16 language for fuse NEC 2017. I maybe incorrect but looks like it was removed. Any idea as to why it was removed?

It was deleted since the rewrite of 690.15 covers equipment disconnects in general. So it's still required to be able to isolate fuses for replacement.
