Is there a restriction in the Code that does not allow Fused and Non-Fused conductors occupying the same wireway or conduit without separation or barrier partitions?

Fused
NonFused

I am not sure what you may mean by those terms.

300.3(C) Permits conductors from different systems in the same enclosure, raceway, etc...

230.7 does not permit service conductors and other conductors in the same service raceway or cable.

Note: look at the definition of raceway

Service Conductors

Service Conductors

The confusion that I have is on the secondary side of the service transformer. The conductors coming into a building from the secondary of the Service Transformer are in a common wireway located at the top of a switchboard. In that same wireway is feeder conductors that are feeding panels through out the building.

I gather from your answer that if the secondary conductors coming from the service transformer are occupying the same wireway that these fused feeder conductors, then this is a violation. I would need to install some sort of divider to separte the two different conductors.

Correct, conductors other than service conductors shall not be installed in the same service raceway or service cable.

A wireway is a raceway.
