Does the NEC allow Fused & Unfused Conductors in a Service Wireway?

Good question. The NEC says you can't have service conductors in the in the same "raceway" as feeders and branch circuits (don't have a code book with me, so I can't say the exact art.) Is a wireway considered a raceway?
In any event, IMHO, it is a very poor practice and I would not allow it on a job that I had control over. Also be aware that many POCOs will not allow it and I have seen a fair number of AHJs that won't allow it either.
