G.F.I. receptacles

Hello gentlemen. We have large outdoor plastic water tanks (2) for our air scrubber. The float solenoids trip the GFI receptacles occasionally causing then to run dry. I believe by code that we have to have the GFI's or is their an exception? Any suggestions? Thank's.
