G115 T12 ballast?

I've got this UV-C 4 foot T12. Says tuv 115w vho G115 T12. Can't figure out if this gets a ballast and if so which one.....??

Thanks, ur the best! Looks like I need a RC-2S102-TP ballast. A quick Google search is not super happy fun time with price and availability however. Best I can tell there does not seem to be an electronic ballast for these, mag only.

Was looking for a 6 gang ring, & Walmart came up in the search, think they wanted over $200 for it, found one elsewhere & later found I had one already.
